Concept of "Research" implies extension of knowledge, & thereby, understanding the things better. Research is the prerequisite for policy-planning, decision making and management in the business, government and other organisation, both at macro - and micro - levels.

The Centre conducts and organises work studies for extending knowledge and information as per the needs of the interested organisations & individuals. Major fields covered by RITC are indicated below :

The Centre provides Export Development Services by way of : Similarly, the Centre provides Import Promotion Service for foreign firms. Besides, trade education programmes / seminars are designed and conducted as per needs.

Technology Promotion . . . . . .
The Centre provides Technology Promotion Service by the way of arranging technology tie-ups / joint ventures between Indian & overseas firms / organisations. Besides appropriate technologies are identified for transfer & business opportunities. The centre prepares technology state-of-the-art reports as per the needs.
